Keith VanDyke age 45 of Forest Park. Dear brother of Cornelius "Trey" VanDyke (Jeanne), Meg VanDyke and Kathleen (David) Deitz. Loving uncle of Paige Deitz. Preceded in death by his parents Cornelius "Neil" VanDyke and Mary Lee VanDyke. Dear friend and former husband of Amy Wolf VanDyke. Keith lived life to the fullest and loved to cook for friends and family, his dream in life was to one day open his own restaurant. Keith enjoyed traveling, skydiving and sports - especially the Cubs and the Blackhawks. Keith loved his dogs.
