E.Marie Dow

E. Marie Dow (nee Wilson), of Brookfield, Illinois, born January 13, 1950, aged 75, passed away

June 10, 2025 after a long illness. Marie grew up in Brookfield, IL. After her marriage to the late

James Dow, she moved to Bartlett, IL where she lovingly raised four children.

Growing up in Brookfield with her three sisters was a time filled with laughter and fun. Holidays and family gatherings were memorable when everyone would gather around and laugh at all the inane things they did when they were young, and build new memories that will always be cherished. Marie had a hearty laugh and will be dearly missed.

 Marie was preceded in death by her ex-husband James Dow, mother Ethel (Skarda) Jecmen, and fathers John Wilson and Clifford Jecmen. She is survived by her children James Dow, Carey (Arnie) Zabran, Adam Dow and Dan Dow. Sisters Laura (David) Robillard, Barbara  (late,James) Klump and Cecille (Sis) Wilson. Grandchildren Keira and Emily Zabran, many niecesand nephews.
