Candyce Graunke

Candyce Graunke (nee Tague), age 64.  Resident of Lyons, formerly of Chicago, at rest October 24th, 2019.  Dearest wife of the late Arnold Graunke.  Dearest mother of Steve and Mark, fond daughter of the late John and the late Agnes (nee Erickson) Tague, beloved sister of the late John Tague, many other relatives and close friends.  Visitation at Tower Home for Funerals, 4007 Joliet Avenue, Lyons, IL, Tuesday October 29th, 3pm-8pm.  Funeral services to be held at Zion Lutheran Church, 7930 W. Ogden Avenue, Lyons, IL, Wednesday October 30th, starting at 10am.  Interment, Mt. Auburn Cemetery, Stickney, IL.  Candyce, “Candy” to her relatives and close friends, loved life and had a great sense of humor.   She enjoyed spending time with her family and friends, listening to and telling great stories around the dinner table, reading, and going on yearly vacations with her dear friend Eddy Lou Kupka.  Candy will be greatly missed by all who had the pleasure of knowing her and the family stories she loved to tell will live on for generations to come.
