My love and sympathy go out to you. I still had mike on my Christmas card list and was searching. Unfortunately.....I saw this too late to come to the mass. My prayers are with you. I think of you all often. Feel free to email me or write me. I still teach rel Ed. It was a joy to teach Sarah and Aaron. I always have a great love of the liturgy of the hours because of him teaching me how they were put together. Know that I will keep you all in prayer. God bless you all. Miss julie .

I am so sorry to just now hear of the death of Deacon Michael Cook. My husband, Deacon Peter Morrissey knew Michael and his family in Lyons , IL. After Pete was ordained a deacon in 2001 we were privileged on several occasions to hear Michael give workshops at conferences for deacons. He was a very learned and spiritual man. Unfortunately, my husband Peter died this past September23. Please accept my condolences and prayers for all your family. Sincerely, Nancy Morrissey

I worked with Mike in Spiritual Services some years ago and just learned of his death after the services. I will hold you and your family in my prayers and will have a Mass said for Mike at my parish (St. Mary - Buffalo Grove).
